Johnna B. McArthur

My name is Johnna McArthur and I am a co-owner of McArthur & Boedeker, Attorneys at Law, PLLC, in Cleburne, Texas. I primarily practice in criminal defense, family law, probate, and estate planning.  My goal is to be able to help families with any issue that they might face, whether it be divorce, child custody, criminal defense, or planning for their future. I understand that all families face difficult times, and I want to be there to help.

I grew up in Texas and graduated with honors from Coronado High School in Lubbock, where I was a member of the National Honor Society and many other organizations. I attended and graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Texas with a bachelor of science degree. 

I then attended Baylor Law School under scholarship, where I interned with the with the McLennan County District Attorney and participated in the Moot Court competition.

Since graduation from Baylor Law School, I have practiced in Taylor, Tarrant, Dallas, Hood, Erath, Johnson, and  other counties, with an emphasis in criminal defense and family law.

I am licensed by the Texas Supreme Court and a member of the State Bar of Texas, as well as a member of the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association and the Hood County Bar Association.
